“Food Replenishes Souls” – Chef Kazuhiro Hamamoto

A native of Kyoto, our Resident Chef Kazuhiro Hamamoto schooled at the city's top culinary arts institute and honed his culinary chops with some of Kyoto's top-tier kaiseki masters before he joined Tetsuya Wakuda's opening team at Waku Ghin (Singapore). It was during his time with Wakuda that Hamamoto sharpened and refined his Japanese culinary skill to an art.

As the Resident Chef of Ki-Sho葵匠 , which was rated one of Singapore's best new restaurants on CNN TRAVEL barely a year after inception with varies accolades claimed. Chef Hamamoto fields the modern gastronomic elements with the essence of Kaiseki through a series of constant progressing seasonal premium produce-driven Omakase menu.
